Rating: - This mug is nearly perfect.
First, let me start by saying I absolutely love this mug. It fits in cup holders. It has a great, ergonomic handle. It seals completely air tight, and does an incredible job as preventing splashes and spills. And, it keeps drinks hot or cold for an INCREDIBLY long time.

My only beef is the capacity of the mug. For me, 14 oz of drip coffee isn't enough to do the job in the morning. However, it is perfect for drive-thru latte stands, so it really depends on your preference for capacity. I actually bought the 20 oz mug for drip, and use the 14 oz mug when I know I'm getting espresso. A bit indulgent, I know.

If the capacity of the mug is sufficient for you, then you can't go wrong with this mug. But, if you need a little more java to get you going in the morning, I recommend a larger capacity Nissan Thermos mug.

Rating: - Can you believe it's Too Good?
I have to start by saying this thing is expensive, but you get what you pay for. The design is elegant, in that there are no levers or buttons to fail, no little crevices that fill with coffee (for easy cleaning). It fits in any cup holder and is comfortable to hold while listening to NPR.
The only major issue I have is that it's too good! This thing keeps my coffee so darn hot for hours. My commute isn't long enough to allow the coffee to cool, even with the lid removed. I find I have to make my coffee a little early and let it sit in the caraffe for a few minutes to let it cool before pouring it into the mug.
The minor issue; the directions say not to put it in a dishwasher or completely submerge the mug. I'd like to be able to throw it in the machine once a week for an easy 'sanitization', but it's not that big a deal.
So- If you really like HOT coffee that stays hot for several hours, go for it.

Rating: - Takes a lickin' and keeps on keeping coffee hot!
I've left this coffee mug on top of my car, driven off, backed up to retrieve it and STILL it holds up! OK it has gotten a dent or two, but it is still fully functional.
PLUS all the positives the other reviewers mentioned - really is spill proof (not just spill resistent), keeps coffee really hot, goes in the dishwasher, comfortable handle, etc., etc., etc.!!!
