Rating: - One of Fiesta's Best
The rimmed soup bowls combine the best of Fiesta design and functionality (which, with Fiesta, don't always go hand in hand). The rimmed soup bowls are superior to the bowls that come in with the Fiesta place settings, which don't stack and have only a minimal lip. I've almost always reach for the rimmed soup bowls in the cupboard over the standard soup/cereal. The rim nicely frames whatever you're eating/serving (in a rings-of-Saturn kind of way) and gives you a place to set your crackers or garlic bread while looking into the eyes of your loved one.

Rating: - Fun soup bowls save my lunch when the phone rings.
These bowls are ideal for spaghetti or soup and so many things. I like the wide lip that helps prevent spilling and drippng. I also appreciate being able to reheat in the microwave. So often when I am having a nice bowl of soup on a cold day the phone rings and my meal gets cold. I don't like having to pour it out of the dish and reheat it then pour it back. Now I just pop it in the microwave and I'm back on track with lunch. I chose the periwinkle color but think I should try other colors too. They are fun to have around and easy to clean afterwards in the dishwasher.
