- Good product - even greater service
I bought this for my mom who likes cooking multi-grains with it. She was extremely happy with it: simple to use, solid built quality and easy to clean. All was well until it developed an unexpected leak. Because it happened after the 30-day period, Amazon told me to deal with the company directly. When I called, the nice person shipped a replacement immediately and arranged to pick up my defective one with sincere apology.

If it weren't for the defect, I would have given it 5 star rating. I guess it's bound to happen, but my positive experience with the customer service made the defect seem almost forgettable. The new one is working flawlessly.

Have used pressure cookers for years and this is one of the best. All parts easily washed, even cooking, very heavy stainless steel construction. 2.5 is small but perfect for 2-4 people and large enough for vegtables. I recommend this to NEW pressure cooker users as it is much less intimadating than many others.
