The Rosle Wire Cheese Slicer's info section indicates it's "Made in Germany," but actually, it's "Made in China" as indicated on the item. Is this false advertisement from Amazon? The price is rediculous, compare to what you can get at a local supermarket, or even compared to what you can get at Williams Sonoma. I was too lazy to return it & it does the job (hence the 2-star), so I still have it. The wire is flimsy, and I hope it won't break because I don't know if there's a replacement. In short, Chinese stainless steel with an Amazon.com rip-off price!
