![]() Rating: - Don't buy this cutting boardAs the other posters have said, they're not kidding about that glue. Don't buy this board. It looks very nice, but after scrubbing with sponges, soaking in hot water overnight, putting it through the dishwasher a couple times, etc, I cannot remove 4 sticky wads of glue (two on each side). DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING THIS THING. Rating: - It really is non-slipYes, the label is held on the board with a glue that resists all efforts to remove it; that's true. But I figure that if it won't come off after dedicated scrubbing, it won't come off on my food, either. (There goes one point; you'd think KitchenAid would fix this really dumb error.) However, the cutting board is excellent in all other respects. It's a good size (neither too big nor too small), fits in the dishwasher with no fuss, and -- as advertised -- just doesn't slip around on my marble countertop, even when the surfaces are wet. The handle is nice for grabbing the board from across the kitchen, but it's also surprisingly helpful as a mini-drop spot for, say, dumping the garlic skins temporarily while I chop garlic. I think I have 3 or 4 chopping boards, both wooden and poly. This one immediately became my favorite. Rating: - Do Not buy this productI bought this product and plan on sending it back to the manufacturer. The glue they used to place labels on both top and bottom (it's reversible!) does not come off. After soaking it overnight, scrubbing by hand, then running thru a dishwasher cycle... the glue residue is still there. The product may be fine, but so little attention was paid to packaging, the product is useless.
