You get so many benefits from high quality Le Crreuset products. Great heat distribution from all sources, gas, electric,.The double enamel surface keeps acidic foods from reacting and is very durable. The pots and pans come in beautiful colors. I enjoy a mix of the colors for my set. This saucepan offers the benefit of a spout to precisely pour contents.
Be aware these are HEAVY, so you also get a great upper body workout to boot

A great addition to your Le Creuset collection but be aware, this saucepan is rugged and heavy and requires both hands to manipulate its contents to the end destination.

It is a joy to make sauce with this little pot. Only the lowest flame is needed. The handle stays nice and cool to the touch too.
