- Good scale
This is a nice scale that is very easy to use. I mainly use it for baking, but it also works for determining serving sizes (pasta) and other uses around the house (postage). The 11 lb. limit is enough that I've never had any problems. It is easy to switch between grams and oz. (unlike some of the other Soehnle scales). The scale can also be hung on the wall for storage.

My only gripe is that the scale doesn't have a removeable platform. But I usually put a plate on it, so the scale stays clean.
