- Insulated, attractive, keeps-your-hand-from-freezing!
I really appreciate the construction of this cocktail shaker. The insulated walls are a godsend, as (1) your hands will not get cold shaking up the cocktail, (2) your drink will STAY cold, so that you don't have to worry about pouring everything you mixed immediately, and (3) no condensation on the outside of the shaker! Also, the charcoal grey ("smoke") color looks incredible in a modern kitchen (i.e., granite, stainless steel appliances), plus it doesn't show fingerprints like a polished or matte finish steel shaker. Beware, however, if you're searching for a shaker with a fine filament strainer. This strainer allows small pieces of ice into the glass, but that's the way I prefer my caramel apple martinis!
